@southfloridamarc This is only my personal opinion. Please make sure Stem Cell will stop you from getting SPMS. it’s all nice and good all these lovely therapies that stop relapses but if they don’t stop SPMS from appearing in my eyes they are not good enough . SPMS is tough , tougher that RRMS , you will not recover from it , it is a constant decline. Again make sure stem cell is the right treatment, ask all the questions. Do not go unnecessarily through it
