Stem cell

Good evening. Does anyone know about whether stem cell is effective for treating optic neurosis. I have only one good eye but having ms diagnosed nearly 2 years ago my vision still remains blurred some days worse than others. My ms consultant says there isn’t any treatment but my worry is over time it may get worse then I’m really in trouble. Thanks in advance Hilary

It just seems very strange that one of the main problems ms causes is eye problems Yet there isn’t anything to help the situation.
