Spasciticy

Hi anybody can recommend something good for spasciticy? My legs go crazy at night. Gabapentin is useless...

Bit useless w. The name at the moment but the Neuro that runs the Ohio MS Blog in the US mentioned this in a YouTube video he did. Perhaps one of our members across the Atlantic can help...? I'll have a dig around.
