Social distancing and reduced mobility

Social distancing is vital to stop covid-19 but it seems that no thought was given to people with reduced or limited mobility. Entrances closer to parking have been closed to limit access so I had to go to the only entrance at the other side of the building. No air cons to not spread the virus are necessary but not good if you don't handle heat well. Escalators not working (maybe to save money) but you cant use the lift because there is none or you cant distance so it's not in use so you haul yourself up and cling to the side coming down while ignoring the strange looks you are getting. The usual rest places were removed so when I finally made it back to my car walking very strangely, dragging my left leg, it took me the rest of the day to recover once I made it home. This trip was a necessity but it has made me rethink future ventures especially by myself. Is there anything I could have done differently or somewhere I can write to to make it easier? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks 😊

Hello @elsa, you raise some great points, though sad that you've had to. Your local council will have to defend this one I think in terms of accessibility. Even if it gives them something to chew over for future reference. For good or bad, at least we're beginning to come out of it now.......

@Elsa75

Thank you @vixen I thought the same. Hopefully this is temporary and not how it is going forward...
