Sleep/fitness trackers? what works?

I'd like to better manage my sleep and measure it reliably. What do people use? Looking for a Christmas present idea...for me ;-) Anyone use the Oura ring? Kinda expensive but worth it? Better options? I would like something that will upload it to my PC automatically as I think only that will work to me. I am bad about key entry ;-0 I liked the Omada weight tracker and had that for a couple years on my health program...step on my scale and it is recorded. I want that now with sleep and types of sleep per night. https://ouraring.com/how-oura-works/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&gclid=Cj0KCQiA5dPuBRCrARIsAJL7oehecinbRh3z4zxZULbcXS8VwhLSl9q6HwPjcpmcJatVtFc7hHAJ2jsaAgCDEALw_wcB My husband has UC and has been monitoring his sleep for the last year. I would like to start. Don't want the band around your chest like he uses as he says that will impact your lymphatic system so he is looking for a new option too...maybe they have a cute couples ring set when we both have an Auto Immune diseas ;-0

Hi! I use my Fitbit which tracks everything for me. I like to keep track of the fitness but also my sleep as well. Once you download the app with it, it goes into detail about your sleeping report. I love the Fitbit!

OK, thanks I think it is an option and will likely have deals over black Friday too. I generally dislike bracelets for some reason and gave up a watch as soon as I had a phone ;-) I will try some on for comfort- Thanks! Some people count up their steps...I tend to know I only have so many steps a day and try to use them wisely. I keep trying to push those steps up but with progression it is hard. I have been able to increase distance on my stationary bike as it doesn't stress my hip (replaced 2 yrs ago) as much.
