Rituximab vs cladribine
My english is not so good.I live in Poland. I am 52 year old.I have SPMS for 20 year. My neuro give me two option.Rituximab oraz cladribine.

@wojtek , your English is fine. In the UK, there are no options for treatments for Secondary Progressive MS (SPMS). In Europe generally, use of Rituximab in Progressive MS is considered off-label and not allowed by the European Medicines Agency. However, it is actually used anyway. Both Rituximab and Cladribine have been shown to give some slowdown to MS activity. So, it all depends on what you are able to access and at what cost, if any.
