Has or does anyone have relapses that don't leave behind damage afterwards that you are actually aware of?

HI BOODLE I HAVE HAD RELAPSES WHERE THERE WAS NO DAMAGE AND FULLY RECOVERED SO MUCH I MADE IT BACK TO WORK UNTIL MY LAST ONE THAT LEFT ME WITH SOME LESIONS ON MY BRAIN......TAKE CARE AND I WISH YOU WELL....IAN G X .
Yes, it's happened to me twice. On the first occasion, the neuro coldn't say for certain that it was a relapse but as I was going on holiday offered me steroids anyway. The second time, the neuro said it was a slight relapse and prescribed double physio sessions.
