pip reassessment

hi all, i cant believe it , having fought in 2017 too get PIP , health profesional interview, manditory reconsideration , tribunal and eventually won because of my P.P.M.S. which of course only gets worse year by year. Am getting a visit from a health proffesional on Thursday of this week , so it looks like we are going round the loop again. It appears that the only people who dont realise that P.P.M.S. only gets worse is the DWP . Its quite ironic that the Secratory of State Amber Rudd said today that pensioners ( i am 66) from now who are disabled will not be tested as much in the future especially those with an ongoing problem. Thats my rant over I will keep you informed as to what happens next. yours martin hankins

@grandma

@hank oh what fun we have! Got all my PIP back after mandatory reconsideration. Lost the mobility car after 19 years, Capita, the private firm who 'assess' people in our area deemed me 'insufficiently disabled to warrant my vehicle. It has been over a year and I'm still waiting for my magistrates court date to fight for it. Have a through lift, a huge ramp at the front if the house and an electric wheelchair, bit of a clue there, I don't walk (obviously) and have had the beast for 26 years but apparently I don't warrant my car! Crazy isn't it and I'm 63 in. 2 weeks. Hope things go better for you🥊😜
