Hi - I had a similar experience, it's pretty daunting. I was fortunate to be able to see a local disability living advice service (called possibility people/the fed, in brighton) who were able to guide me in answering the many questions on the form, and also what frame of mind I should be answering in. A positive outlook in response to these questionnaires will not help you in the long run. Hopefully you'll be able to locate a similar service near to where you are. They were also helpful when I appealed the original award, and eventually got my higher rate reinstated. Good luck!

Hi, I recently had my PIP assessment, was unfortunately I was downgraded for mobility. I would recommend going to Citizens Advie, the lady I saw was very knowledgeable and will be helping me with my tribunal. Hope this helps
