Pins and needles

Hey guys, i’m New to this group. January this year I was diagnosed with early stage MS. I keep hoping that the diagnosis is wrong and trying to ignore it but I’m steadily coming to terms with it. I have had pins and needles in my hands and fingers for about a year now and just wondered if anyone else has had it for a long period of time and the feeling has come back? Any tips or advice would be much appreciated x

Welcome to our club, not that any of us planned to be club members of the MS club, but here we are. Yes, I have had pin and needles, and burning and numbness, for three years now. It does wax and wane but it never leaves. I have found keeping my feet warm but not hot, helps, and elevating my feet periodically throughout the day helps too. The worse is trying to fall asleep. There, I find different creams help (bengay, voltaran, lidocaine cream) I also get acupuncture once a month, which I think (?) helps too. I know for many people these things do go away, and I hope yours do, but if they don’t, hang in there. 😊
