Pelvic Girdle Pain

Hi everyone, I was with my neurologist yesterday and I mentioned to him that I’ve been experiencing quite a bit of pelvic girdle pain.. mostly on the left side. I had this while I was pregnant with both of my children and I ended up on crutches for most of my pregnancy with my son. My son was born in 2012 and that’s when my neurologist thinks my MS started. After my son was born my hands and shoulders started to spasm and I couldn’t move my hands but the doctor sent me for physio which didn’t help and the physio said he couldn’t help me and they eventually went back to normal. I didn’t have another episode until 2016 when I was diagnosed with MS. Yesterday when I asked my neurologist about the pelvic girdle pain I’m now experiencing he said that it’s not an MS complaint. I’m getting pain in my shins too which feels like shin splints but again he said it’s not MS related but could be to do with the way I’m walking because of the pelvic girdle pain. Has anyone else experienced this type of pain? It eases when I rest but my GP is telling me it’s MS and my neurologist is saying it’s not 🙈. All and any advice is welcome. I currently have costrochondritis too from a recent car accident and between that and the pelvic girdle pain I’m pretty beat!

@dinocorn , it's not easy when your Doctor suggests problems are MS, then your Neuro says they're not. I'm tempted to see if you can obtain an assessment by a Neuro-physio.........
