Hello everyone, I've got SPms, diagnosed out of the blue 3 years ago, my symptoms/mobility is getting slowly worse, walking with a limp, pins and needles in left hand/ loss of dexterity blah blah blah, you know how it is. My issue is, I've been a self employed carpenter for the last 30 years. Self employment brings the unenviable mantra of no work = no money! I am finding it more difficult to work nowadays, get so tired by lunchtime, tripping over all kind of things, stumbling at work etc. My work is hard, but I have few choices. I am becoming more and more worried about the future particularly money if I can't work, what am I to do? Who can I turn to for help? Any ideas? Brendan.
