Overwhelming feeling in getting worse

I have had tingling/numbness/burning in my extremities on and off for about 3 months. Surely this can’t be a relapse? One day it’s not there then maybe later on in the afternoon it comes. Then again it goes after a good nights sleep. Next time it may come on as soon as I wake up!? Any ideas!?

@blagaman182 , relapses cause scarring on our Central Nervous System, which can leave us with residual damage. It's this residual damage that manifests itself in "sensory" symptoms. Have a read of the following and, if this is causing you undue problems, then contact your MS Nurse, to obtain medication to "dampen down" these feelings :- https://www.mstrust.org.uk/a-z/altered-sensations

@blagaman182 I get that in my feet I’ve had RRMS for 12 years What I have learnt is burning feet = cold because people have felt the temperature of my feet and they are freezing Try socks but anti slip ones It made such a difference to me It’s hard to know when something like that flares up, is it a relapse especially if it’s new? Good luck 👌 debsydubs39
