Ocrevus vs gilenya
I am going to be taken off Tysabri due to high Jcv. I have been told I will be offered either ocrevus or gilenya. So confused, if anyone can let me know how either is working for them I would be very grateful.

If I had the choice again I would avoid Gilenya as there are issues with rebound activity when you stop or if you need to change when it does not work. I would probably go for Mavenclad or ocrevus if offered as they are highly effective treatments
