No idea what this is

When I was going on holiday, at the airport I had a strange tingling sensation in the middle of my spine/back. I had been awake for nearly a day and a half due to holiday excitement so I was obviously tired from not sleeping and also hanging around an airport. The tingling was also at the base of my back. It disappeared once on plane. Today, I walked for about 5-10 minutes and the tingling came back in the bottom of my back again. When I sat down, it seemed to travel to the groin area. Like tingling all over. Weird! It was short lived but has been coming and going when I’ve been sitting down today. Not so much now I’m at home but when I was walking about/sitting earlier. I have had back ache over the past couple of weeks. More due to my 4 year old sneaking in to our bed!! Could this be a) a relapse b) a symptom or c) unrelated to MS which of course we automatically think everything is?? I will eventually get to know what’s what...maybe...
@Stumbler

@lightning87 , you need to understand pain before you can start to work out what's causing it. The following might help :- https://www.mstrust.org.uk/a-z/pain
