Nightly sciatic back pain

Hi! I have this issue every night, I take tylenol or ibuprofen and rest. It is gone when I wake up in the morning, but every evening it's back. I'm calling it sciatic pain since its sharp and sometimes runs down my leg. It switches sides on me sometimes, but its usually in my right side. Does anyone else have this issue?
@Chanelle_1

Yeah i get it quite a bit, dont know if its me hurting myself during the day or part of ms! Im still not on any treatment so i wont really know till i start if i ever do i dont take anything for the pain i have to stick a pillow where the pain is and lay on it its almost like a kidney pain but it isnt its hard to explain

@laurianne25 , I feel that @chanelle_1 is on the money with her suggestion. We do automatically compensate for any functional weakness, but this tends to introduce bad practice in both posture/gait. This in turn puts unnatural pressure on muscles and joints. The fact that it manifests in the evening suggests that it is aggravated through the day, yet is OK in the morning, once it's been relaxed for a few hours. There's nothing better than a neuro-physio assessment to identify and rectify these problems. However, I found this video explaining the issue and how to stretch to resolve it. Usual warnings, make stretches challenging, but not to the point of pain. Breathe through the stretches to remain relaxed. https://youtu.be/etBNvMhjRhU
