Hi @joanna_sewell I was diagnosed last year with rrms and on copaxone which is going good ... What about yourself you dont have much on your profile .. When I was diagnosed I actually coped better than not knowing what was wrong me for few years . My aunt also has Ms but hers is progressive she always says to me there is always someone out there worse than you .that is my way of coping by repeating that and also make sure I get a walk done every day ..did you loose your parents. Mine passed away 7 and 5 years ago the bereavement was the start of my Ms symptoms ... I find this group is great especially when your having a rough day x

Thank you so much for your helpful reply. Yes parents always seem to know what to say ..and they have passed away now. I k now there are people out there much worse off and reading on the FB site realize its not all doom and gloom .Yes my aunt had it and like you losing my parents has brought it home..they would know what to say .Thank you so much for the reply..I find we share alot of the same losing your parents as they were always there and knew what to say .......I hope the group is helpful....thanks again Jo
