Hello everyone. Thought I'd say hello as I'm a newbie and starting to work out how it all works!! Look forward to 'meeting' lots of people and no doubt finding out lots of things I didn't even know.

Hi, I am pretty new to this site too I only found it by accident a couple of weeks ago and was diagnosed in July, I have found some really interesting things out on this site and the people have been great. Diagnosed around 2006, just a couple of 'attacks' since so can't complain really. Trying best to keep fit and healthy but it's not always easy is it. Got 2 young girls so knackered most of the time! lol Have sent you a friend request x
