New to the Shift
Hi. I just joined and am still checking it out. I was diagnosed in June of 1996. It was tough for a 24 year old. I've been on Copaxone 4 at least 10 years and have been doing relatively well. Had to stop working in 2015 because of cognitive, fatigue and walking, balance issues. Just keeping on and hoping for the best. Good luck to everyone.

Hello @jim71 and welcome. It’s great when people who are veteran MSers join, because they bring so much experience, wisdom and credibility to the table. Lots of folk find this site because they are newly diagnosed, but there are lots on here who were diagnosed decades ago. I’m sure that the MS climate has changed a lot since you were first diagnosed. There are lots of folk from the US here, did you look at the map feature to see if there are any in your area? All the best to you!
