New to Shift.ms with a question....
I just want to say "Hi" to everyone and ask for any thoughts about switching from Aubagio 14 mg to Lemtrada?

Hi @al2010 , Aubagio is one of the "first line" treatments on offer. It works by reducing the number and severity of relapses. Whereas Lemtrada is a more aggressive treatment, taken by a five day infusion year 1, followed by a three day infusion year 2, works by removing a part of your immune system, that regenerates without (hopefully) the MS characteristics. It has been called, "the closest thing to a cure, without calling it a cure". Have a search for posts by @tracyd , who has documented her Lemtrada journey.
Hi al2010 My specialist wants me to start Aubagio, but I am reluctant as I haven't had a relapse and my disabilities at this stage are stable, what side effects did you experience and were they tolerable? CillaW
