hey just went to the cafe and work to a get a coffee, and upon trying to pick it up with my right arm i was hit with almost unbearable muscle pain. this isn't one of my usual muscular gripes that we all face day to day, but rather feels like i've torn a bicep or something. super painful and now am not really able to move my arm from my shoulder. does this sound like any other muscle pain, or a new symptom? normally i'd call up my nurse, but i've just moved from glasgow to bath and don't have a team down here... advice as always, totally welcome peace wx
