new blue badges

hi, given the fact that a lot of new blue badges are going to be issued, perhaps its time for us to lobby our local councillors (with elections coming up) to get more disabled parking spaces,this will also help the new badge holders given it is sometimes difficult enough to get a disabled space now. yours hank

@hank , we're an imperfect society, living in an imperfect world, with too many people, driving too many cars. There needs to be a balance. Altering that balance would just add to the abuse, judgement and resentment of the scheme. Sorry for being anti your ideas..........
