New

I am new to shift. I have dealing with RRMS for the past 7 years. I thought by now I would get used to it. But no I learn something new everyday about MS. I have red some of the post regarding stress levels and reducing them. I am so doomed because I have not learned how to do that it’s almost impossible to avoid. I’m doing ok with my MS just super forgetful and very fatigue. Lately though I have really been forgetting simple words and trouble finding the words to finish my sentences. Is this normal or is it something to address sooner than later?

@latonya87 , word blindness is part of the cognitive issues of MS. Our brains get tired as they are working overtime, trying to deal with all these neural messages, which are stopped or jumbled as they pass over our MS damage.
