Neuropathy

Can anyone describe their baseline level of neuropathy. I've had it since my first big attack 20 yrs ago to varying degrees. It feels like I've been rubbed down with a brillo pad or the sensation when feeling is returning after a dead arm. Usually over my entire body from my neck down. Very recently (past 2 months), I've noticed an increase, l used to get it worst after exertion, when too hot or strangely, lying down to go to sleep at night. I now get it when I'm just sitting down, and even on my face and lips. I'm hoping that it might be because I've had to cut back on shiatsu treatment rather than anything else. Also I'm 3 months in to aubagio can anyone else relate to increased symptoms on aubagio. Or is that just a coincidence?

@funnybank , it's residual damage. Certain activities will bring it to the fore, like an early warning system that we're overdoing it. At other times, it can be very evident when there's an absence of other cerebral distraction, e.g. when trying to get to sleep. But, the more conscious of it you are, the more it will bother you. The absence of shiatsu may be an influence, as may be the start of Aubagio. The latter influence should calm down.
