Need advice

For the last two days I’ve picked up on my head shaking, like I’m constantly doing a no expression with my head. I’ve never noticed it before but I’m noticing it more and more now when I’m sat still. I’ve also been getting some neuralgia again on my right side of head, like a burning feeling and shooting pains at the top of my spine, which can be so uncomfortable.

Should I be letting my ms nurse know because of this new symptom or not?

Thank you in advance 🙂

@ettelrahs , it’s always wise to contact your MS Nurse with suspected symptoms, for advice and/or to update your hospital records.

@ettelrahs , don’t beat yourself up about this. It’s better to pamper yourself to generate a feel good factor……..

@stumbler I’ll for sure try to chill, get on my pc or something. Do some gaming/streaming. Thanks for your reply.

(Update) Ms team couldn’t get through to me today, no idea why, never been an issue before so now have to wait longer to let people know of my new symptoms. The involuntary head shake is still there, but I’ve also noticed sharp pains and discomfort in the top of my spine and in my neck.

Feeling a little hard done by at the moment. Waited long enough to speak to the specialist. Actually had a good few months of nothing as well >_<
