Need advice
Hi everyone, I’ve been exercising with a specialist personal trainer lately who knows about MS and what sort of exercise would benefit me the best to keep me moving. She told me I might benefit from a sports massage or just a massage to help with my tight muscles in my shoulders and calf’s. Even when I’m relaxed my muscles are so tight! I stretch everyday but nothing relaxes them! Have you had a sports massage/massage?? Did it help??
@bennym , it's one of those therapies that you have to give it a go yourself and make your own judgement.
I have a massage every month as my pain is so bad. Been having them for years noe. It helps a bit.
