Neck pain deep heat!

For the last year Iv been getting a quote strong pain in my lower neck/middle of shoulder blades. It comes and goes. I can apply deep heat or similar and it goes away. If this was MS related pain am I right in thinking deep heat wouldn’t touch it?? Just need to know as to what treatment I get for it.

@blagaman182 , it could be tension, where you're all "knotted up".It's easy to be tense in our situations, keeping your shoulders tight. Have a look at Mindfulness as a way of relaxing your frame.

Thanks @stumbler do you know if it was ms related whether deep heat would help? I just kind of have to know everything and whether it is ms or not!
