Neck and head pain

Hi. I have rrms. When I wake nearly every morning I get a pain in my neck, and the top of my head. I have a special pillow, but it doesn't seem to help. Does anyone have any advise ? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello @mcm22, does it go if you take ibuprofen? It sounds like it must be something about your sleeping position. Mention it to your MS nurse for sure. Hope it's temporary!

@ncm22 , ask your MS Nurse for a referral to a Neuro-physio. They can check your posture and gait and prescribe simple exercises to address any problems.
