I am excited about this, heat is my kryptonite. The cooling pods are pretty neat. They 'refreeze' in 45 min in the fridge. It is extremely discrete to wear. You can't see it but I would not wear it through the airport as on an xray it has a v suicide vest vibe and I'd def want the paperwork with it. It is well made, fits well and most of all it is really cool. Literally and metaphorically speaking! Their customer service is excellent too. They made a mistake on the paperwork, I had a customs charge levied, they apologised and refunded the amount straight away without being asked. For the record: Google for the VAT exemption form and as the item is intended for disability use only it is VAT exempt.
