I wanted to have a way to learn how my MS was effecting me and how to communicate it to my family and Dr. I also wanted to keep track of how I got through my flair ups. I try to document my health and environment daily in a diary app on my phone. What I document is:

I have had MS for over20 years. I have yet to let it have me. Last year I went from RRMS to SPMS. I’m extremely fortunate I have been married to an amazing lady and soul mate for over 30 years.
I am a retired engineer and I have always used data to analyze problems.
I hope how I deal with having MS will give someone some ideas on how they can understand their MS.
