ms symtoms again after surgery

hi I was just wanting to know if anyone had any problems with there ms symtoms appearing again after surgery? I had my gallbladder removed 3 weeks ago and 2 weeks after surgery I started with muscle tightenings , numbness in my left leg , buzzing feeling in left foot and left back pain. thanks emma
