I don’t think I need advise I think more reassurance. My neurologist thinks I’ve had progressive ms for about 4 and a half years. I’m not on any big bad helpful drugs I take painkillers and a load of vitamins/ iron/ CBD oils/magnesium etc. I presume they’re doing something! Oh I’m on 3monthly steroids, which either spit around your body tidying up or give you a daily ache! And a different one every day. I live alone with a dog. I just have to hope the progression is slow Well that’s me!
