@emerlenehan, when I was in the midst of my first episode, I had it real bad. It would start out at pressure in my left side, and come and go. After awhile it moved to my chest right under my ribs, making it hard to catch my breath. It eventually went away, although if I walk fast it will come back briefly. I think it was the 5 day steroid Infusions I got that mostly did away with it. I was lucky though, mine never hurt. I hope it goes away for you soon!
