I was diagnosed with Ms in 2011 after about with optic neuritis and MRI showing lesions on my brain. I was always hesitant to believe this diagnosis. Maybe I was just in denial, I'm not sure. I have been off medicine since March of 2018, and feeling pretty good. I thought I was having a relapse a few weeks ago, but my MRIs show that my Ms is stable oh, but I have several herniated discs in my neck. I was in a car accident right before my diagnosis. At times when I would go to my MS doctor for my pain he said the pain I was feeling wasn't really consistent with MS. I cut out dairy and gluten, and the leisons on my MRI have faded. How was everyone else diagnosed? Can you be 100% sure you have Ms? All ideas are appreciated. Kim
