Ms a curse

hi everyone...m from pakistan n my brother is suffering from this disease from last 12 years..he is getting back day by day i dont know he is on what stage but he couldnt walk properly n his left arm is also not working ...please guide me about iits treatment anywhere in the world...as i came to know that in australia some new reasearch develop according to which its treatment get possible mean its cure
