MS

Something else I forgot to mention ( I think I forget because I do not let MS dominate my life) Anyway, with regards exercise and the problem with distance. I have looked into using a vibrating plate that exercises muscles without you going anywhere. There are lots of vibrating plates out there but they are mostly cheap copies. The one that I purchased is produced by Power Point. I got the smaller one to use at home, I have just used it and my legs feel like they have worked hard.

I have a vibration plate but made the mistake of using it twice in one day, I had definitely overdone it I felt so tired. My physio looked at some models for me and she said the best one to have includes hand rails whilst you stand. Any form of exercise is good, have fun.

I am fortunate to have towel rails in front of the power plate which gives me something to grip when I need to I have been advised that I should only use it every other day. Good exercise without walking kilometers.
