My first week I found I had a couple of full headaches....which were actually nothing compared to my usual migraines. I'm two weeks after my second dose now (week 5) and I'm feeling pretty sickey so I'm assuming it's relating to that, as well. My blood work also shows that 4 of my numbers have dropped to low, as you would expect, and my red blood cells have gone high...I don't know science but I'm assuming they are working to bring it back up. I was taken off tecfidera before this and the side effects have been way better with MAVENCLAD. Good luck!
