hi folks i hear magnesium can be helpful for dealing with spasticity in legs anyone found this to be true, if so where are you getting it and whatdoes are you taking

@hank , I've just started taking Magnesium (again) as I was getting extensor spasms in the legs. It was starting to make getting out of bed "interesting". I got mine from a supplier that I use :- http://www.troohealthcare.com/p-1056-magnesium-citrate-500mg-120-capsules.aspx Other suppliers are obviously available. I presently take 1,000 mg per day, started yesterday. You have to try these things and make your own mind up. 😉
I don't know if it helps but bananas are a great natural source of magnesium
