Live vaccine safe on high-dose Vit. D?

Hello everyone, I have searched the forums and the internet but can't seem to find the answer to my question. I really hope that at least some of you have experience with this. By the way, I don't have MS, but my boyfriend does (RRMS) We are travelling to a West African country this year, and therefore need to get vaccinated against yellow fever, among other things. The yellow fever vaccine is of particular concern to me, as it is a live vaccine. There is a (albeit small) study that showed an strongly increased risk for relapses in the months following the vaccination. As a result, the yellow fever vaccine is generally rather avoided in people with MS. However, all of these patients were under either immunosuppressant or DMD therapy. This means they were more likely to get the infection, or that their immune system does not sufficiently respond to the vaccine. This would, in turn, make a relapse more likely. My boyfriend, however, has been on the Coimbra protocol (very high dose Vitamin D therapy) for almost three years now, which has worked really great for him (no relapses, even a slight improvement of newer lesions, much more energy, and no side effects other than having to eat a dairy/egg free diet and monitor his bone density). I would expect that the vaccine shouldn't have the same damaging effect if someone is under Vitamin D therapy. We were so far unable to find a person who is following the Protocol and has received the yellow fever vaccine (or any other live vaccine). If there are such persons here, your experience would be very very helpful and appreciated! Thank you.
