Life changes due to MS: are they all bad

Today's sermon was about the "perfect"man talking about all his contributions to the pharisee who was glad he wasn't like "that man" https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Luke+18%3A9-14&version=NIV and the children's sermon was about the "cracked pot". While the cracked pot leaked water all the way home that water nourished the flowers along the path so delivered special value due to it's "flaw". https://amazingwomenrock.com/the-story-of-the-cracked-pot-for-anyone-whos-not-quite-perfect Made me think about the impact of MS on my life. It has slowed me down...but while going slower I have done some things and thought some things that in my previous hurried life I had not. I already know that I've had to develop more patience, acceptance and the fact that I'm not in control. So...I've gained some things in exchange for what I've lost.

Just as I was thinking of how my life is now that I've switched to the slow lane Dave Bexields blog was in front of me and so many of his posts in his blog are about this same thing. If you haven't followed Dave in his adventures I highly recommend. He has been everywhere and tried everything ;-) even stem cel treatment so there is much to learn her and enjoy http://activemsers.blogspot.com/

Hello @itsmewithms, I am definitely in a more balanced state of mind since going through the whole process. Now three years in, I have made lots of changes which have made life better, and easier to live a life with, if you know what I mean!
