Lemtrada with a newborn

Hi friends, My ms is fairly quiet most of the time but after a recent relapse (partial numbness in legs) while not taking any DMTs, my neurologist wants me to start Lemtrada. I had just become pregnant (hence no DMTs as we discovered I am allergic to Copaxone) and so now I have a newborn to consider. I’m breastfeeding at the moment but neurologist wants me to start treatment by 2-3months postpartum. Just wondering if anyone has had experience with a Lemtrada and a young baby. This is my first so I’m a newbie to it all but at the moment I’m just so exhausted I can’t imagine how I would cope with the fatigue of Lemtrada and having to be up through the night with my little one. Never mind being parted with him all day during the infusion week 😭 Thanks in advance x

@candy88 , I've not had Lemtrada or a new-born. However, some of our members, who have received Lemtrada, have been back at work within a week or two. Check out some of the previous posts regarding Lemtrada. These can be accessed by selecting the Lemtrada link that has been added to the bottom of your post above.
