Lemtrada
Morning all on this chilly day. I have not been on for a while as have felt pretty rubbish. I had my first round of Lemtrada 7 weeks ago and was expecting to feel rough for a few weeks but not like this. The fatigue is the worst i have ever had and im really struggling to get through the day. I am depressed and very grumpy and starting to wish i had never had the treatment as i feel worse now then i have ever felt. I am meant to be going back to work in 2 weeks and fully intend to but i just cant seem to see myself managing it. I cant seem to do anything much at the moment everything is just too exhausting and i feel such a wimp. Will i ever feel any better ?
@linzzzi , this must be very frustrating for you, when you read all the success stories and people returning to work a week after their last infusion. As has been said many times, we are all different and react differently. In your case, age may well be a factor. You just have to be patient, keep drinking the water and wait for your body to re-energise.
Are you implying i am old @stumbler - well how very dare you lol, seriously ty for your reply i think i am just feeling very sorry for myself at the moment. On a positive note i have managed to empty the bin and hoover this afternoon so onwards and upwards lol x
