@rogersouthall

Only criticism…

You’re just too positive mate!
If I didn’t know any better; and read quickly with brain fog, I’d barely know you had MS !

But yet you’ve been through so much and so many losses – health, relationship, job, sense of identity…..hell, even a country and lifestyle you loved so much..(I bet flamingoflorida/Rodge the Dodgeland had better cakes than the uk as well)….fcukin ell mate….(and then Jc virus from Tecfidera….
Arg enough!)

Well done for handling it all so well, for adapting so well; and having the sense to simply let go of what you couldnt change, but focus always on all you can, and do so with …er…panache?!

You’re a ledge and a good example to us all

I hope the fcuking annoying neuralgia in your tongue abates….

A good read, thank you…

..and the start of the league….!
It’s all good…

valid points and there are times in the past where I have been light hearted and recently I have delved into the past and tried to paint a slightly darker, yet truer version of events but meeting you has given me the desire to be as up beat as I can as it is you that has dealt with so much, I know we will become great friends as not only do I admire you I find you direct and to the point, thank you xx

@rogersouthall I wrote this before we spoke, and your blog detailed all the challenges you have had, but bravely and briefly at times.?

I’m not admirable, just keepin it real!(I’m a mermaid lol)

Keep up the good work!

I enjoyed reading your blog! One thing stood out to me that has given me pause…the trigeminal neuralgia in your tongue! I’ve been having terrible pain in my tongue & was secretly stressing thinking maybe I had something really bad going on. I didn’t even know you could have neuralgia in your tongue, but I’m sure that’s exactly what this pain is! It usually happens at night & I drool in my sleep too, which I never did before my dx with MS. It’s so nice to be able to read your blog & know what you’ve been going through in your MS journey. Thanks for sharing!

rmdaniels, as you may of read,, depending how far back you have gone with the blog, my Trigeminal Neuralgia was operated on, no my tongue, until two days ago, is awful, I say two days ago as I have now gone onto Tegratol, it makes me feel a little tipsy and un-balanced but the pain has vanished and long may it last, you may ask how strong is the Tegratol and it is my Sister that puts my drugs up as she is a nurse and I suppose classed as a carer, she may be poisoning me !!!!
I wish you all the luck in the world and our inter action proves that this site is great and my writing is worth while, thank you

@rogersouthall, I really enjoyed your blog. God, but [email protected] mermaidia11 says, you’ve had so many losses and changes. I hope I’ll be as pragmatic as you when I move to a bungalow….. not what I really want do but like you I know I have to ‘align myself with the circumstances’. Keep it coming.xx
