Joint pain

Hi! I am hoping to get some feedback. I am dx RRMS. Doing pretty well, on Glatopa (copaxone) about three years. Anyway, I am having serious joint pain in both hands and mainly thumbs. Maybe carpal tunnel but I have much joint pain in other areas like knees and feet. But the hands are the worst. Anyone had MS Symptom such as this? Also I have heard the term pseudo flare up can someone explain what it means? Thanks!
@ItsMewithMS

Dr Boster covers the concept in this video- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Foj9eMU9OSw&t=374s I was on Copaxone right after Dx in 2005 as it was one of only two DMTs available at the time. It may have cut down on attacks but isn't seen as very effective now with the other options available. If you watch his videos he also has a good one of "Still a Role for Copaxone" or some such. I was bumped up to Rebif after like 11 years and since last fall have moved to Ocrevus. This kind of follows the "escalation" model but it wasn't deliberate but more based on when they were available. Good luck! sounds like something to chat with your neuro about-
