Joint pain

@debby_grainger , MS is a neurological condition and shouldn't directly cause physical pain. However, MS can be indirectly responsible when we compensate for MS weaknesses and put unnatural pressure on joints and muscles. Joint pain is however symptomatic of flu and other conditions. So, it may be worthwhile to have a chat with your GP about this.

I had to have a course of deep tissue massage at physio because my muscles like to lock up and cause lots of pain. I don't trust my knees and my fingers stiffen when it gets cold. Then there are just the random jolts of neuropathic pain 🤦
