Isolated for 20+ years

I live in a rural area with no support systems, lagging in technology advancements in past 20 years seems to make matters worse. Had MS symptoms since age two. All ways made friends with older people. Now that I am older, 64, my friends have pasted on. My greatest problems these days is the lack of the ability to socialize not because of Covid-19 but weakness and inability to leave home. History of severe memory loss adds to the inability to make friends and maintain relationships. Anyone else in this situation or have suggestions on how to cope?
