Have you tried Lyrica yet? Gabapentin never helped me with any of my nerve pain even on the max dosage, but lyrica will actually help me a little. I’m still looking for a good nerve pain medication. I’ve also tried amitriptyline and cymbalta.

Havent tried anything by choice
I feel pain killers anti depressents are addictive and after a while it become useless and we increase dose or change it thats why but now i cant sleep

@nutshell88 , what works for one, doesn’t work for another. So, it’s a case of trial’n’error.

You have to find the medication that works for you, and at what dosage. So, you’ll need to keep updating your Doctor until you find the right combination of medicine and dose for you.
