Just back home after an adventurous trek on my mobility scooter as its bin day and that combined with pavement parkers makes navigating a wee bit tricky! I have also just completed an online complaint form (oh no I have become one of those) to my local council (Falkirk) to complain about the lack of dropped kerbs at certain locations.
