I'm natale and I have ms

Hello I'm natale and I was diagnosed with rrms in April 2012 and I just joined the site to make new friends with people who knows what it is like living with ms! I have a lot of questions about it! I get a lot of pain in the winter from the cold weather and then get really tired in the summer from the heat and I feel like I can't win the battle! It's like I need to understand how to manage it! Can anyone give me some advice on how you manage your symptoms with ms?

Hi @natale_j_berube , answering questions is one aspect of Shift.MS. But, have a look around, there's so much more. We all understand and sympathise with the seasons and how we react to hot and cold, It's frustrating. As is living with our MS symptoms, we have to do what we can, when we can. We need to understand our limits and live within them. So find the balance that works for you.

I work everyday and I keep busy so I don't get worse with my ms! I actually enjoy my job because it is really important for me to keep my mobility! I am a cleaner and it's a great way to stay mobile 🤩 ! When I go to work in the morning I'll put my music on and sing and dance while I'm working and I'll go home after work and rest up before I go back to work again in the evening 😎 ! I do my best to manage my symptoms and I try not to complain about it cause no one can help me but me😇
