I think I'm ok but how r u????

Hey everyone, How are you guys??? I'm never really been someone who is active on sites like this and that is probably evident by how little I'm on here. However I wanted to do a check in see how everyone was. Last week I was going to ask how you guys are at work. I work in the pub and was worried about flare ups and relapses and then the pubs in the UK were forced to close so that post went out the window. My pub is open doing takeaways but even then it doesn't quite feel the same. So I guess my question now is how is everyone doing with the lockdown where you are?? Is your workplace still open or have you had to close fully and what are you all doing to stop the stress getting to you/ what are you doing to help stop a relapse??? I'm not on any medication and it looks like I won't be till all of this is over so any tips and tricks??? Chloe xx

@chloec , this Forum is here for when and how you need it. So, no rules regarding required activity. As for me dealing with isolation, there's no real change as I find it difficult to leave the house anyway. And, I have no desire to go out, with my limited independence. I'm sure there are others in my predicament. But generally, we all need to find a way to be comfortable with the present situation, whilst ensuring the safety of our family and ourselves. My wife, an NHS Nurse, is an absolute angel. But, avoiding relapses. Just accept the present situation, with its limitations. Take the opportunity to chill out and relax, as it is important to avoid worry/stress. And follow the Government advice regarding hand washing, etc..

@stumbler - I have been speaking to a nurse today. There is a slight feeling of dread and duty. They are all being amazing. Props to Mrs Stumbler.
